Why blend? Why not leave beautiful single origins to shine? Well, by mixing two or more singles together we can create depth, layer up complimentary flavours and design a coffee that is super versatile. Most of our cafe customers use our seasonal blend as their espresso because it stands up to the richness of milk, works beautifully as espresso, filter or any other brew method and is easy to work with.

We buy green coffee from cooperatives, small-holders and smaller family farms. Due to the nature of this kind of coffee, not everything is available year round or may change flavour slightly throughout the year. The components of our blend do change depending on what is available but we have been able to consistently buy the Colombian and Ethiopian coffees that we love so much, year round. However the third element changes seasonally which keeps the blend fresh and interesting while maintaining the general character.
