Anonymous I discovered this coffee being served in a small cafe in my local town. I was delighted to find it is produced by a local small business and available for on line purchase. I use it daily in my Bialettia stove top brewer. It took a few brews to obtain the right balance . It produces a very smooth espresso. No bitterness or acidic aftertaste. I will be purchasing more.
